Our Silent Half and or Full Day Wellness Retreats include the following;

  • Welcoming, sage cleansing and setting of intentions ceremony (talking permitted)

  • Tea, coffee, lemon and mint water - and delicious vegan treats and fruit for morning tea.  (Please note; on Full Day Retreats, please bring your own desired lunch and or snacks that can be housed in a fridge if needed - and or heated)

You'll receive a complimentary eye mask

on arrival for your use if you wish.

  • Be silent and reconnect in a tranquil naturesque setting. You'll have free time to lounge in the different spaces conducive to relaxation and or read / journal, including a heated pool and spa, meditation hut, open lawn and plenty of resting spots. (Please note; on those cooler days, we can enclose outdoor spaces and heat to keep you cosy and warm!)

  • Your Retreat Host, Kim Bingham will guide you through silence, helping you on your wellness and awakening spiritual journey.  

  • Facilitated 45 minute Gentle Restorative Yoga for all levels of skill. (Optional)  ​

  • Guided Meditation; style of meditation will be intuitively chosen on the day. (Optional)

  • 30 minute Yoga Nidra; laying down body scan deep relaxation meditation - 30 minutes is equivalent to 4 hours sleep! :) (Optional)

  • Let's get Earthed! :) A guided barefoot mindfulness exercise to deepen your connection to mother earth and receive it's nourishment in gratitude. (Optional)

  • Full Day Retreat Offering ONLY: A facilitated group Reiki (Energy Healing) experience; learning to heal yourself and others. (Optional)

  • To close the special day shared together, we will end our time in silence by chanting sacred mantra's (Kirtan) with Fee from Chantananda, followed by a Sharing Circle; an opportunity to share with the group in a safe, judgement free and sacred loving space. (Both optional)

Our 4 day Wellness Retreats (partially in silence) include the following;

  • ​Your Retreat Host, Kim Bingham will nurture and guide you through your retreat experience; ensuring your needs are catered for and helping you on your wellness and awakening spiritual journey, so that you may achieve the intentions you set for your retreat experience.

  • Accommodation Option 1: Stay on site at The Jungle House in beautiful rooms for you to sleep comfortably, peacefully and soundly while immersed in nature. Single share options only. Bedding included. On site Parking available. (Please see Ticket Options for pricing)

  • Accommodation Option 2: Stay off site at the Noosa Blue Resort, Noosa Heads ~ just 12 -15 minutes via vehicle in a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite, fully equipped. Transportation to and from the Jungle House is included, daily. (Please see Ticket Options for pricing)

  • ​​Silence will break from 7:30pm - 9:30am daily and talking is permitted, however optional.

  • Wholesome and freshly catered Vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner included daily. Herbal teas supplied.

Special guest, Dr Annemarie Hofedank - Wockenfuss to facilitate:

  • A motivational and experiential Manifesting workshop. Dr Annemarie will share her inspiring story of how she manifested her dream home and retreat location, 'The Jungle House, Noosa'. Sharing tips and inspiring anectodes full of resilience and wisdom, that will help you on your journey to manifesting a world around you that you so desire.

Kim Bingham to facilitate:

  • Daily facilitated 45 minute Gentle Restorative Yoga for all levels of skill. (Optional)

  • Daily morning guided Meditation; style of meditations will vary and be intuitively chosen on the day. (Optional)

  • Daily evening check in and Sharing circle (optional ~ talking permitted)

Fee Crawford from Chantananda and Kim Bingham to facilitate:

  • We will end our time in silence by coming together in Kirtan (chanting of sacred mantra's) followed by a closing Sharing Circle; an opportunity to share with the group in a safe, judgement free and sacred loving space. (both optional)

Amethyst

Taking part in the retreat made me realise that I simply don't spend enough time in my own space and in silence - no noise and no talking to others. This was the best 'holiday' I think I've ever had and it was only 9.5 hours long! Feeling relaxed, happy and joyful.
